Spartanburg based Cross Eyed Betty, a 6 piece ensemble, brings a unique sound to their take on Old Classics from the likes of Led Zeppelin, The Beatles and the Rolling Stones and new Americana by groups like the Steel Drivers, Shovels and Rope and Chris Stapleton. Exceptional vocals and harmonies are backed by electric cello, electric violin, keyboards, congas, guitars and mandolins for a truly distinctive sound.
Inspired by our true Betty
Cross Eyed Betty is named for our little inspiration, Betty the Mini-Aussiepoo - who is sweet, curious, mischievous (she still feels bad about that mic cord Annie) and yes, just a tiny bit cross eyed.
